Privacy Notice

On first launch, AdmitNote shows a full privacy disclosure before any clinical data is transmitted. This explains exactly what is sent, who receives it, and how your data is protected.

🔵 What data is sent
Clinical text sent to Anthropic Claude API when you tap "Restructure Full Note" or "Transcribe." Never your name, device ID, or personal information.
🏢 Who receives it
Anthropic (Claude API) via encrypted HTTPS. Anthropic does not use your clinical text to train AI models per our agreement.
✅ How data is protected
Audio deleted immediately · On-device storage only · No PHI on external servers · Notes auto-delete in 48h · BAA with AWS

🛡️ 48-Hour Auto-Delete
Unlocked notes automatically delete after 48 hours for HIPAA compliance. Swipe right → Lock to keep a note indefinitely.

The orange button at the top lets you dictate additional findings at any time — labs returning, PE findings, new meds. The AI routes everything to the right section.
🔵 Restructure Full Note
The blue button regenerates the entire note — re-sorts all sections, regenerates Assessment & Plan, Differential, ICD-10 codes, and CPT code.
✏️ Inline Editing
Tap any section header or the pencil icon to open a full-screen editor for that field. Autosaves 3 seconds after your last edit.

Vitals & Field Editing

Every field in the note is individually editable. The Vitals section has dedicated fields for each parameter with individual microphone buttons for direct dictation into each field.

🎤 Per-Field Dictation
Each vital sign field has its own microphone button. Tap it and speak — the value is transcribed directly into that field. The red "Listening..." indicator confirms active dictation.
⬇️ Next Field Button
The "Next Field (2)" button at the bottom jumps to the next empty section. The number in parentheses shows how many fields still need content.
💾 Autosave
Tap "Save Data" to save immediately, or let autosave handle it — changes are saved automatically 3 seconds after your last edit.
